Capstone Project:

Developed two research-driven AI-based solutions as part of the final-year capstone project:

  • Phase I – Background Audio Generation for Videos: Designed and implemented multiple deep learning models to autonomously generate background audio for video scenes. The system leveraged temporal cues and contextual understanding to enhance the auditory experience, enabling seamless audio-visual integration for improved viewer engagement.
    This project was published in the proceedings of the International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT).

  • Phase II – English–German Bidirectional Translation Using Transcripts:
    Developed a bidirectional text-based translation system to convert transcripts between English and German. The project integrated natural language processing (NLP) techniques with neural machine translation (NMT) models to accurately translate written content in both directions, enabling effective multilingual communication and content accessibility.

 

Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience in designing and implementing intelligent applications, enabling me to apply AI-based solutions to real-world challenges across domains such as security, speech, vision, and automation.
